This year, every family is responsible for buying two sets of gifts: One for the child listed above, and one for each adult in the Pollyanna game to be held at the Christmas Eve dinner on Dec. 23.
For the kids gift, aim for around $25. Please leave sizes and a few gift ideas NO LATER THAN Dec. 8.
For the adult gifts, think of things that are both suitable for a couple of adults (A nice bottle of wine? A lovely set of coffee mugs?) Wrap it in a way where no one can figure out what the heck it is, and bring it on the 23rd. We'll come up with a game to distribute the gifts, one per each set of adults. You do not have a specific person you're buying for, so think of things that would be appropriate for both Aunt Jul or Mike. Tricky, I know, so if you're not sure just get some fancy coffee and a nice bottle of wine. Aim for around $30.
